How long can I keep my cake in the fridge?

You can keep most of our cakes in the fridge for up to 4 days, however always check the best before label on the side of the box. How many people will my cake serve?

Where are the Le Patissier Company's cakes made?

Our cakes are made at our production Kitchen’s in Dunboyne, Ireland.


What is the best way to cut cakes, desserts and cheesecakes?

The best way to cut a whole cake is from the fridge. Cut the desired portion size with a knife dipped in hot water. However you can have your 9" cakes pre-portioned when purchasing if you'd prefer.


What is the best way to serve a cheesecake?

We recommended serving our cakes chilled.

 

Do you do baked cheesecakes?

Yes, we do

 

How secure is my information when I'm ordering?


Le Patissier does not store your credit card details. We use Realex as the payment gateway for website orders. Click here for more information about Realex.


What does Le Patissier do with my information?


Any information that you give to us through this site is kept within Le Patissier. Any information gathered is solely used to help us understand our customers and to better direct promotions. Your privacy is important to us.

What food allergens are in your products?


Every product has its allergens stated clearly in a table underneath the image of the cake in our online store.


Do you use fresh ingredients?

Yes, we use fresh dairy produce in all of our cakes.

 

Are your cakes suitable for vegetarians?

Many of our cakes are suitable for vegetarians and you will be able to see clearly in our online store if the cake you have chosen is suitable.


Are your cakes free of GMO?

Yes, they are.

 

Do your cakes contain nuts?

Although many of our products may not contain nuts, they are not produced in a nut free factory so may contain traces.

 

What type of base does Le Patissier use for its Cheesecakes?


All of our cheesecakes have either a digestive or digestive and 100% cocoa.

 

How can I get a brochure?

Currently, brochures are only available to foodservice customers. Please contact us.

 

Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?

You are able to change or cancel your order within 3 hours from placement of order. You must make these changes by telephone as you are unable to cancel or amend your order online.

 

Can I deliver to different addresses?

You can deliver to only one designated address per order.

 

What does delivery cost?

€4.95

 

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment: Laser, Visa, Visa Debit, Marstercard and American Express.

 

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver anywhere in Dublin and the greater Dublin area.

 

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes, you can choose which date you would like to have your cake delivered. Don't forget that we don't deliver on Sundays or Mondays!

How will my product arrive?

Our products are delivered fresh and in our temperature controlled vehicles.
